Matt was wonderful to work with. He was not high pressured and answered all questions that we had as first time Volvo buyers. We feel we got a fair deal on our trade in and Trevor was able to secure us a great finance rate for a pre owned vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience!

They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is checked thoroughly (addressing any needed issues) while also clearly describing what maintenance was performed and why. We had a question about our car while traveling recently. Called the service department from the road and they explained what was happening and confirmed it was nothing to worry about. It's nice to know that they're available and willing to help when needed.

We also learned sales team member Jerry is a bot who - supposedly - can’t reserve cars - despite - showing the sales staff the texts that clearly stated the car was being held for us. Of course, they had no comparable vehicles available, so, our choices were an older model - or - a newer, more expensive model with higher mileage. We walked and will spend our money at a reputable dealership.
