I had my oil changed here and after a week I noticed my car leaking a ton of oil and took it into a different mechanic where I learned they had put my oil drain plug in so terribly that it couldn’t be rethreaded and I had to replace it.

Brought it back for them to check if they dropped anything in there while doing my (over an hour oil change). The owner passive aggressively and rudely hinted I was trying to commit fraud and use them as an excuse for a warranty loophole. They also overly filled it which caused pressure on the engine. They always try to sell you a new air filter. Even with only 8,000 miles on my new car, the air filter was sparkly clean…they still tried to sell me a new one. I took my car through the car wash. Got the crystal/deluxe, now there’s this spotty weird coat all over my new vehicle. We’ve been going to them for years but after this, won’t be coming back.
