When I called to inquire about an appliance dolly I was told they MIGHT have a dolly and MIGHT have a truck. Was told I would get a call back that evening or the next morning to confirm. When I had heard nothing by 2:00PM the following day I called in again to be told there would be no truck...apparently they felt telling me the day before that there MIGHT be a truck constituted communication that I would not have a truck...Finally, they apologized to me for my poor planning, lol...got a truck from a more reliable competitor.
