  Chris and Gavin, we’re extremely helpful and transparent. They gave me a bunch of different options on how to fix my car, including timelines and their professional opinion. They were able to diagnose my car and fix it all in the same day. I would highly recommend.

  I had such a great experience at Brakes Plus! My brakes were completely metal on metal, and I had no idea. Amy at the front was incredibly communicative, genuine, and kind from the moment I walked in. She kept me updated the entire time and made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. Daniel in the shop took care of my brakes quickly and efficiently, and I’m so grateful for how fast they were able to get me back on the road safely. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this team if you need honest, helpful, and efficient service!

  I went to Brakes Plus to try to adopt them as my mechanic in town as I just moved from Loveland, however, they missed the mark on quality of service and skill. My car was having an issue turning over so I went in for a diagnosis. I was told that testing the battery, alternator, and starter would cost $15 and a diagnosis would cost $100 and provide a free Uber or Lyft ride to and from the shop that day (still think that's a great perk). They contacted me to suggest taking out the alternator to bench test it because it was 0.5V less than what it should be at & that labor for that would be $200 (plus $100 diagnostic fee). I declined, because I told them I had an new alternator installed less than a year ago and based on the symptoms, the issue seemed fuel related. When I came to pick up my vehicle, they still tried to charge me $100 for a diagnostic. I asked what tests they did other than the $15 (battery, starter, alternator). I asked if they tested the fuel pump and they said that they had. They said the charge for hooking my vehicle up to their advanced OBD scanner. However, they didn't share any of the info that the scanner gave them until I asked. The mechanic then walked out to my car to rescan to show me the codes that tripped in the past and said there wasn't a possibility to give a print out, so I took a photo. So, after seeing how little time it took them to connect the scanner and assess the feedback- I was confused why I was being charged $100. Additionally, fuel pumps and fuel relays often lack direct feedback sensors that report to the ECM. I'm glad I am a somewhat intelligent services consumer, because I feel that I could have been highly overcharged for another service that was clearly not the issue (0.5V low alternator read) and I think I could've just gone next door to Autozone for free to do what they did. (Which I had already done- & let them know those details.)

  Discount tire recommended Brakes Plus after it turned out I needed a new strut added. For me, as a non-car savvy person, I can easily be overwhelmed and intimidated by new services for my car. The team here was great from the front desk welcome and info to the work completed in the back — thanks Brandon and team!

  Jacob and Daniel were both amazing! I was in and out for an inspection AND rear replacement in under an hour and a half. Jacob was super kind and explained everything and Daniel got the job taken care of quickly and thoroughly! Will 1000% be back when I need anything! Very good prices and zero unnecessary upselling— felt very honest and upfront!
