Brakes Plus has definitely made themselves my go-to for any future automotive needs, they should have been already. They quickly and correctly identified issues with my vehicle both times and kept in step-by-step contact, always happily walking me through different options without ever making me feel like I was being pushed to pay for something I did not need. I don't have a ton of knowledge on what pricing should look like but from my bits of research I believe I've been at the very least fairly charged for the service I've received, which I think is unfortunately enough to make Brakes Plus standout in an industry that seems full of shops willing if not inclined to take advantage of customers. Only good things to say so far. I will be back here for sure.
