- AVAmanda VennNov 28, 20171.0Took my car in to get the back end fixed and all the parts were to be completely replaced through insurance. The owner was out of town majority of the time and no one kept in touch with me about my car until I called in. When they said my car was finished they expected me to hand over the insurance check and didn’t walk out to my car with me to tell me what was done. I still had a broken light and my trunk was not opening or closing properly. They wanted the full $3000 for knocking out the dents and repainting... which they did a horrible job at. When I needed to talk to the owner he was once again out of town and I had to wait a week. I took my car from that shop and put it in a new shop that could do the job the way it was suppose to get done. Horrible experience and headache. I will never use them again and won’t be recommending to anyone.
