Half the time in the self-serve bays things don't work at all so none of the equipment is operating. They want you to use their app and then they want to force you into a membership. Every time I spend more time telling them no than I do actually washing my car and if there were very many options I would never I repeat. Never never all in capitals never come back here again. I hate this place with a passion
