On top of that, every time I come for a car wash, at least one automatic bay is always out of order. The long lines mean members like me, who already pay, don’t get the service we’re promised. It’s frustrating to wait so long for something that should be simple and consistent.

The wait times are upwards of 1-2 hours during the weekend because of it. And often the automatic stall that is "working" has a missing function or is out of a fluid or something. The dryer feature is terrible. It only blows from the top down and does not dry the sides of the vehicle. It's just getting old dealing with these issues happening now for years on end. It's always something. Please work on resolving this issues.
