  This business should get NO stars! Last summer they did my front brakes, all the while bragging about how great they we're- so honest, so fair priced. Just found out I have missing parts on those brakes from another mechanic. And the jerk charged me a fortune! Don't use this mechanic-EVER, especially if you're an senior woman.

  Easily one of the best experiences I have ever had at a automotive repair shop. As a new customer, I found Steve & crew to be honest and up front with the service my car required. Not only did they diagnose the issue I went in for quickly but as part of the oil change I requested they did a inspection for other issues. I was sent a text that described the issues and was provided pics so that I could see for myself. Steve called me shortly after so we could discuss what they found. He advised me on what should be done immediately and what could wait. There was never any pressure to do anything more or to up sell me. In fact, Steve looked for ways for me to save some money. Never had that happen before! Once in the shop, the crew did a amazing job to get me my car back much quicker then I anticipated. It is back to running smoothly. I will be back for any other automotive issues. Thanks!

  ASR is the best shop I've been to in Fort Collins. Steve communicated everything clearly, went above and beyond, and I was never left waiting on an answer. I had an issue I couldn't quite pinpoint with my power steering. They were able to diagnose the issue in a short amount of time, get the parts in that day, and return my car back to me driving even better than before the next day. I'll come back here for any work I need done and recommend them to everyone that needs a new shop.

  Steve and his team at ASR are incredible. I have used them for a pre-purchase inspection and they not only flagged some issues, they provided photos and gave me a recommendation for a shop to do the work as they are not set up to work on lifted off road vehicles. That honesty is impressive. I followed that up with a 50k mile maintenance on another truck I own. Their quoted pricing was great, the truck was completed on time, and there were no surprise costs. Steve kept me posted throughout the work. ASR is a 40 minute drive from where I live, and they are my primary auto repair and maintenance shop!

  I had an outstanding experience with ASR, especially working with Steve! From the first call to pickup, his communication was excellent, friendly, and honest. They diagnosed and fixed a timing belt and tensioner issue on my older 2006 van, clearly explained everything, and kept me updated the entire time. The price matched the quote exactly, the work was finished several days earlier than promised, and Steve even had me test drive the van before paying to make sure I was completely satisfied. On top of that, they cleaned up the engine bay, which was an awesome extra touch. It’s a huge relief to finally find a mechanic I truly trust. I’ll be recommending ASR to friends and family from here on out and will absolutely be bringing both my older and newer vehicles back. Highly recommend!
