  Andy was awesome to help us set up an interlock device for my husband in February of 2023. Now it's February of 2026 we got to work with Andy again to remove the device. He was always very knowledgeable about the process in the beginning. He was very gentle with our vehicles during install and removal of the device. We never had any malfunctions or damage to our vehicles as others have reported with other interlock device company. Outside of his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty, he has a great personality and is funny to talk to while spending time in the shop.

  Good, transparent service! I was able to work with Steve on my Ram 1500 that needed work done on my exhaust manifolds (plus some gaskets - good catch, ASR!). Steve was able to give me a competitive price and was flexible with my schedule and up front with issues needing fixed. I definitely appreciated all the pictures of the repairs needed along the way. I also felt Steve was honest and recommended exactly what was needed. I didn't feel the pressure or the oversell other shops rely typically rely on. I highly recommend this shop for others needing work done.

  ASR is fantastic. Their reviews convinced me to give them a call, and after speaking with Steve, I immediately felt confident that this was the right shop for my transmission replacement. He’s friendly, straightforward, and genuinely fair. I had gathered several quotes from other shops, and most were far higher than what Steve offered. The repair itself was impressively fast. They started on Wednesday afternoon, and by Friday I was already driving my truck home. It honestly felt smoother than when I first bought it. I highly recommend ASR to anyone looking for a shop that’s fast, professional, honest, and truly takes care of their customers.

  Incredible and very honest service! I booked a last minute appointment because my ford was overheating and having some heating problems. Steve got me booked in right away, gave me a run down of the whole process, and the mechanics got to work very quickly. They are very thorough with their process and kept me updated the whole time proving lots of feedback including videos and photos as they ran tests. I was provided immediate service for what I needed replaced that day. Steve was also very helpful and easy to work out all the financial details after I test ran the car to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction-which of course it was! Thank you very much Steve to you and your whole kick ass crew!

  Steve and his team are genuinely one of the best mechanics that I've ever been to. They were so lovely in taking care of my car; I had a very sudden and rapid oil leak and they squeezed me into their schedule the very next day! They worked fast and efficiently and were so wonderful in working with me and my budget as a college student. Truly a wonderful team!
