I went with him to help get things checked out. I felt a little out of my element, but instantly felt more comfortable once Dan was helping us. He was so kind, honest and patient with us. He was able to check our battery and let us know how things were looking. We ended up not needing a new battery, but when we do I would definitely head back to purchase here. Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
