  been using Autowash on JFK for years, it has not disappointed me with the clean I get! I use both auto wash and hand spray wash and like them both.

  Touch-screen self-serve car wash bays. What could possibly go wrong? This car wash is virtually unusable and an insane ripoff since the installation of touch screen interfaces in the self-serve bays. The interface is incredibly slow (and you’re paying for this lag time) and switches randomly to other tasks in the middle of the one you’re working on. How such a product (capacitive touch screens where there is lots of moisture and spray) was ever brought to market along with the laggy user interface will someday be a study in business classes on business failure.

  Extremely overpriced and take a look at the responses from the company. They’re extremely rude. Treat your customers with respect. I will continue to tell everyone not to use this car wash.

  I don't like giving 5 stars. There is always room for improvement. I've popped into this business because I was impressed with its performance. My truck does have ceramic coating coating so I need to be cautious. They are certified. I called the representative and she was very informative and polite. They also have a promotion which I am considering. $29 month.

  BEWARE - BETTER OPTIONS NEARBY! The self serve options work about half of the time. I've had issues in the past and reached out and had them resolved, but today I had an issue with the engine/tire cleaner function so I finished my wash using other options and reached out to Autowash to try to rectify the money I spent on features that didn't work, and they refused to issue any kind of credit or anything at all unless I download their app (and let them sell my data, no thanks!). They claimed their reason for not issuing the refund is because I used other functions in the car wash, and they don't issue partial refunds, however they said if I download the app I'll get a $30 credit. So they're admitting they owe me for overpaying, but refuse to refund it unless I give them my data and download their app. Watch this video if you are considering coming here, so you at least know what to expect.
