    A leak after the oil changed resulted in oil stains in my driveway and garage. The staff discovered the drain bolt was loose and tightened it when I took it back, but this didn't change the fact that I had to purchase cleaning supplies, clean my driveway, and live with the stains left behind. I understand that mistakes happen, but this one costed me more time and money than I bargained for.

    I recently moved to the area and often use grease monkey for my oil changes. I was happy there was one so convenient for me and went in for an oil change. My son and I came in and Blake was very friendly. Almost too friendly, my son commented that he was asking so many personal questions that it seemed like we knew him. When I left there was a note in my car telling me how beautiful I am and asking if I was interested and Blake left me his personal number in my car. I felt this was highly inappropriate and now I will likely not return. It’s disappointing that I cannot get an oil change without being asked out by the employee.

    The staff has always been professional, the shop is always clean. They are quick once you get in, we have had to wait for 45mins but they let us know immediately so we can plan accordingly.
