- AMAnna MillerDec 29, 20255.010000000000% recommend this store! I’m from Wyoming, we went down to DIA to pick up a kid from there late Sunday Dec 29th, started our journey back home that night. I googled closest parts store to test the battery. It was between o’Reilly or AutoZone on Firestone blvd. So we rolled into AutoZone an hr before closing. The lady and young gentleman working went up and beyond. They could have easily said all we can help you with is the parts and washed their hands of us. But neither did! Come to find out it was my alternator that was toast. They checked on us, let us use their tool cart. The lady stayed an hour after their closing time!! She didn’t have to but she chose to stay. We ended up replacing my alternator in my car in two hours and was able to make it home back to Wyoming. Their positive attitude really helped the shitty situation we were in. AutoZone give these two a bonus or some kind of recognition!!! This is why I go to AutoZone. The customer service is always hands down the best and now I can include CO as a favorite store, since Casper Wyo has two great stores!!! I didn’t catch their names but thank you for your help and your kindness during a stressful time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I highly recommend this Auto Zone store. It is blessing that there’s good people like Kay in this world and this Auto Zone store is lucky to have her as an employee. I have been to Auto Zones in the past that were not as pleasant so I was hesitant to come but, in the end was more than impressed with the service.

He showed me one that was indeed very heavy duty. I had trouble mounting it and my tag because the OEM backing that the tag screws onto is Funky. The problem was the car. The product was very good. Back to the store, he went out to my car to mount the first cover. He discoved what was blocking the attaching. Back in store showed me the 2nd tuff cover. I liked it. He mounted it for me, was very friendly and helpful. I got $5 back and drove away happy!
