I highly recommend this Auto Zone store. It is blessing that there’s good people like Kay in this world and this Auto Zone store is lucky to have her as an employee. I have been to Auto Zones in the past that were not as pleasant so I was hesitant to come but, in the end was more than impressed with the service.

He showed me one that was indeed very heavy duty. I had trouble mounting it and my tag because the OEM backing that the tag screws onto is Funky. The problem was the car. The product was very good. Back to the store, he went out to my car to mount the first cover. He discoved what was blocking the attaching. Back in store showed me the 2nd tuff cover. I liked it. He mounted it for me, was very friendly and helpful. I got $5 back and drove away happy!

- WHWilliam HigbeeAug 29, 20251.0If I give this store a -5 star review it would be generous. They will not warranty a manufacturer production date on a battery. Say there must be proof of purchase. Napa will warranty a battery based off the production date of the battery. My cousin bought the battery last August in Texas when I went down there to get the truck. His number has changed, I don't know the number. They are unwilling to help a customer out. There is a complete lack of professionalism about the store. Employees walking around with ear buds in on the clock helping customers. The one commercial "Professional" is the one with the ear buds in that pretty much told me it doesn't about the production date of the warranty. Clearly he doesn't care about customers. I understand proof of purchase, but there is also honoring the manufacturers warranty. I dealt with it a great many of times for out of state customers when I worked at Napa.
