  I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Falcon, CO. Tom went above and beyond what was expected. He took it from customer service to customer care! I will recommend them to anyone!

  Not just the damaged was fixed from a wildlife strike. I got my car back better than I gave it to them. The team here definitely went above and beyond, resolving any concerns I had both pre and post fix.

  If I could leave negative stars I would, don't ever take your vehicle to this shop. For starters I came with my vehicle damaged by a rear end accident, I told them no insurance was going to be used. They gave me an initial estimate which included the tow hitch, I called to ask if that needed to be replaced as I don't use it ever, and asked if I could take it off, the response was yes you can. I got a second estimate to replace my rear light, the total for both was around $3400. After dropping off my vehicle and paying $2300 to get them started I receive a text saying "discoveries" were made and the price now was going to be $1500 more, I gave them a call not understanding why it changed so much, the initial explanation was the hitch was actually needed, that I needed a new sensor, that the body work changed and that the tail light needed a $300 calibration. At that moment I felt cheated because these are not discoveries, this where things they already knew, I asked to speak to whoever was working on my truck and the general manager answered the call and without actually listening to me he started saying your estimate stated that we can find more things and that price would change, I responded with how I felt and my reasoning was why wasn't all this in the original? he said again it was a discovery, I explained it wasn't because in the original they charged me a calibration for THE NEW SENSOR, but they conveniently didn't charge the sensor. the body part went up from $189 to $450 why was there a change if the damaged was there from the beginning? while having this conversation he told me the technician said the tow hitch wasn't needed anymore, so which is it? because the price was still $1500 more. They also knew the tail light would need to be calibrated but didn't tell me the price was missing because they don't know it, so again it wasn't a discovery. I immediately asked to stop working on my truck as I wasn't going to be doing business with them. Ive been waiting for a refund for almost 3 weeks now. I called corporate to make a complaint about the treatment and horrible service I received and they haven't reached out to me, so there goes the accountability.

  Terrible customer service! The manager Tom is rude and arrogant. This shop was a preferred provider with my insurance, but they only care about their relationship with the insurance company not with the customer. Allstate has let me know they are in the process of auditing that particular shop as well. On a positive note the work completed looks good, only reason for 2 stars.

  The folks at Gerber Collision really put in the work to restore my truck. I had hail damage and needed a hood replacement. The PDR was flawless and paint looks immaculate (metallic silver which is difficult to get right btw). Despite a couple minor issues which they took full responsibility for no questions asked (rare nowadays), I would highly recommend these guys at this location.
