I came in for an oil change and they walked me through what the additional recommendations were and which they thought I should consider and which could definitely wait. They were quick and helpful. It feels like they really care about the customer!
- CTCandace TaylorApr 23, 20264.0Not to sound biased but the two days I was there, the female managers were professional and went above and beyond while some of male colleagues, most notably the second visit, were very unprofessional and left one questioning if they would do a great job. One customer in waiting area expressed her concerns to me along these lines. The first visit, there was a female manager and she was very professional, courteous, etc. I cant say enough great things about her. In fact I was disappointed when I came back the second time and she wasnt there. However the second time I had the pleasure of meeting another female manager, I dont even know if she was the manager but she took over, found out a solution to a problem i waa having and went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you to both of them for doing a great job and taking care of customers!! Candace

I had purchased a 2 oil change package and was surprised when there were additional charges added to the oil change. The workers were great! I think it’s deceptive of the corporation to add extra charges when I’d paid in advance.
