Overall, short wait time (1 hour and 5 minutes) considering there were other customers getting work done.

It has not been anywhere for service since then all the lug nuts were at about 50% of the torque they were supposed to be lost a hubcap and a lug nut driving down the highway. They should really be a little more careful when Tightening lug nuts to the correct torque
