- DHDevon Herndon2 days ago1.0I thought I was going to have a good experience with this Enterprise location, but that's not how it ended up. When I returned the car, the agent was not in the office, so I dropped the keys in the box. It did not occur to me to take pictures of the car, as there had been no issues with it. The next day, the agent called me and asked when the car was in a hail storm. I told it it hadn't and he said he had photos of hail damage. This is simply untrue. Since he wasn't there to do a walk through with me, it's his word against mine. I received a call, five weeks later, from the Damage Unit, just before the office closed with 10 days to respond, a week before Thanksgiving. Then I received an email with a bill over $1600 for damages. Total scam job. I have reported this to the BBB and am disputing this claim.
