  D&J Towing helped us out when we were really in a bind in Evergreen. An electrician working at our property got stuck in our extremely steep driveway because of mud and ice. He was in a two-wheel-drive Sprinter van and had no chance of getting out on his own. We called D&J, and they arrived within about 15 minutes and quickly pulled him out with no issues. What impressed me even more was their honesty—they actually charged me less than the amount they originally quoted. Fast, professional, and fair. I would absolutely recommend D&J Towing to anyone who needs help in the Evergreen area.

  Thank you to the kind and very efficient men who helped pull our car off a snowy mountain causing no more damage than was already done. They were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled.

  D&J pulled my jackknifed truck and trailer out of a snowy ditch and got us down the hill safely. They were fast, easy to work with, up for a challenge and very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would be towed by them again if needed!

  Terrible towing company. I have worked with them a few times and each time the customer service is atrocious. The company will not go up a driveway that have snow on it. The company is in a mountain community. Most driveways will be on a hill and will have snow on them in the winter. They wouldn't tow the vehicle. On a different occasion they informed me there were no keys in the car and the door was locked. Upon inspection the keys were under the floor mat where they had told us to leave them the day before and the door was indeed unlocked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME trying to get service from this company. More likely than not, they will leave you stranded and in need of finding a different tow company. UPDATE: D&J responded that they did complete the tow for me. The SUV was in fact not towed. This was indeed the case on two separate situations. The situation with snow on the driveway was an issue with a car where the brakes went out on the vehicle. Clearly, I could not drive the car down the driveway with no brakes. The option to pay you to come up the driveway was not provided to us. We would have gone that route if that option was provided. Completely understandable. With my most recent experience, yesterday, D&J contacts me to complete the tow and indicated to me that they are closing in 20 minutes and can we hold off on the town until the following day, I agreed. I then informed the gentlemen that the driveway had snow on it. He requested I move the can to the bottom of the drive, so we did that. We placed the keys with the car and left the SUV open and the account was notated to such. I was contacted this morning by a female who informed us there were no keys in the car and the door was locked. Again, upon investigation the keys are there, the door unlocked and again, the vehicle not towed. I respectfully disagree that my review is misleading or unfair. It is purely a fact-based review of the service we were not provided. As well as being left without a towed vehicle and the need to find a new provider.
