Which he was very nice. He didn’t know how to reset my dashboard oil maintenance light at the end of my service. hmmm maybe a 2002 Honda CRV is too old for him.. He told me to look on YouTube. I had to comeback because I had oil leaking on my garage floor, it never does that..I waited it out a few hours and after it seemed like it was going to keep doing it. I brought my car back and had them check the filter..the oil was leaking from there and onto my frame they cleaned it at the frame and said it was from the oil filter change-out. …but I am still cleaning oil off of my frame that wasn’t there before from other places I usually go for oil changes. So, today 11-8-25..I thought I better check my oil levels and that is fine and holding. But I noticed a hose disconnected from my air filter housing..literally the hose was broken off of the housing placed right next to it. I know he checked and informed me that the air filter just needs to be cleaned. For him not to say anything is reckless and not very good service. So basically I got screwed going there that day. And I’m still dealing with it. Now I have to buy a new air filter housing unit, so that the hose can be connected securely. Not impressed Maybe train your people or just don’t touch what you don’t know how to fix. I am highly frustrated.. for a 15 minute oil change..sure put me into a mess and a headache.
