  This was my 1st visit and I was happy with the service. I took my daughter's car in for an oil change and was very satisfied with the level of service and kindliness that was received. Thank you.

  I have always used another oil change place and have driven past this Valvoline location at 2351 Highway 7 in Erie more times than I can count. I always told myself I would stop in someday to see what they were like. Well, I finally did, and I am glad I did. I had an appointment in the area and my regular oil change place is in Thornton, across town, so stopping here just made sense. I needed an oil change anyway, so I pulled in. The first thing I noticed was how spotless clean the entire garage was. That immediately stood out to me. A clean work area tells me they care about what they do and how they do it. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful. They did not aggressively upsell services. Instead, they clearly explained what my vehicle might need, showed me the information, and let me decide whether to do it now or later. That approach is appreciated. Then they showed me their oil change prices, and my honest first thought was that I should have been coming here this entire time. I could have saved a lot of money over the years. The service itself was outstanding. I felt like a NASCAR driver rolling through a pit stop. They got right to work, communicated clearly, and had me back on the road incredibly fast. From pulling up to driving away, I do not think I was there for more than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this Valvoline location. You will not be disappointed. They also provide additional services beyond oil changes, which is good to know. Great place, outstanding staff, and outstanding service. BTW I found my new place where I'll have my oil changed.

  Just had this center change the oil and flush the radiator. Upon arriving home I noticed the smell of oil and leak on the ground. It appears they either didn’t remove the previous oil filter gasket or rolled the gasket on the new filter. Attempted to contact the store multiple times but once the AI attempts to connect me to the store they hang up. Now stuck dealing with this issue myself and cleaning up all the oil residue. Would not recommend this store since I’ve had zero issues at many others.
