  This was the worst experience we have had, start to finish. We were moving across country and we started off having no moving pads or box dolly that I ordered (the movers charged $20 per pad for theirs where as yours was $15 per dozen). The electrical outlet for the car dolly that we ordered was ripped up and needed to be replaced before we could leave the facility. The check engine light came on 5 miles after driving it off the lot. It took 1 and a half hours until roadside came to look at it, only to tell us it needed to go into a penske shop (truck was already loaded by this point). We took it to a shop (1 hour drive distance each way) and waited there 6 hours! They didn't have the part and decided to just take it from a different vehicle. This still didn't fix the problem, the check transmission light came off and on throughout the entire 2k mile trip. Then when you turn the truck, you have to make sure you don't turn to fast or tight or else the entire trucks braking system turns on through the turn (such a safety hazard and shock when it happens). While unloading our belongings we realized that our stuff was wet because the truck was missing an entire line of screws and rivits from the back corner! It ruined multiple boxes as well as parts of an expensive all-wood bedroom set (that has since been discontinued and can no longer oder replacements). But in order to even get compensation for our items you have to make a claim, and of course they send you off to a call center where the staff was unprofessional. You couldn't understand the representative due to mumbling and TV noise in the background! Still have yet to hear from a claims representative. Was told I would hear back in 24 hours (they only have 3 hours left to make that deadline). Overall the entire process has been a nightmare and we would never suggest your company to any one else.

  Horrible experience and it was not even me, just saw a delivery driver yell at a customer and call him inappropriate names is this how you all conduct business because if so you all just lost a customer.

  I have rented from Penske at this location three times now. And I always get excellent service from the staff. I usually work with Rachel; she helped me over the phone to reserve a rental yesterday. The rental process was quick and effortless. So far, working with her has been a pleasant experience. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to; I highly recommend this location.
