I took my '02 Durango to them not too long ago and they took it from not running to running better than when I got it. If you're in Erie this is the place to take your car to get fixed. Oh and did I mention they had my car running in less than a day that was the best part.

One particular employee stood out, Michael took his time and explained everything that needed to be done and why. He took the time to talk with me. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable about my visit. Not knowing much about cars I felt comfortable and my car is running great. Reasonable pricing for the filters and even the oil change service.Also needed a quote on some other suspension work and some tires, the gentleman who helped me got a list ready and also an estimate prepared for me almost immediately. Great service and even better customer care.Have sent a few friends along the way and none have had any issues. Really appreciate the team here even though I only stop in once or twice a year.

After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time, I asked if my vehicle would be taken back soon. Watched him pick up the paperwork from where some employees were sitting and eating while vaping, set it down and then go get my car almost another 10 minutes later. They also told me 3 additional things needed to be done, however when I took it to another mechanic they told me all 3 of those things were fine but I did desperately need new front brakes. Awful customer service and business practices. We had tried them a few years ago with a bad outcome, however had heard they were under new management and thought we'd try again. Do not recommend.
