  Lying grifters. The $24 oil change ad that got me to make an appointment turned into a high-pressure sales effort to get me to pay for their $85 standard but "look! our $95 premium package is what most people go for!" They finally gave in when I insisted on the standard oil change, but then tried to charge me excessively more under the guise of "well, sales taxes." They seem to expect their customers to not understand basic mathematics. When I asked for an itemized bill showing the taxes, they couldn't usher me out of the place fast enough. Shane, the manager?, was a smug, unhelpful, face of the place who clearly is used to dealing with complaints. My recommendation: don't trust this place.

  I anticipated pressure, but I received candor instead. They did a comprehensive inspection of my automobile and described what needed to be fixed; they did not upsell. Over all super good and nice service!

  This place has been convenient to me and the people seem friendly. However, anytime I get anything done more than an oil change it has to be done more than one time. For instance, they installed a new thermostat housing that failed in less than 500 miles and are attempting to charge me over $400 to put a new one in and a coolant flush (for coolant that was used less than 500 miles) I guess that’s customer service these days! Not to mention, that when they replaced the radiator, they didn’t even bolt it down so it was scraping when I turned the wheel. I don’t recommend this place to anyone that actually cares about their vehicle.

He goes above and beyond with customer service, always willing to explain, assist, or go that extra mile to ensure a great experience. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it shows in the care he gives to both people and their vehicles.
