  I had an aggravating experience trying to wash my vehicle at your Vista Ridge location (rinse did not work). Called the phone number listed for customer service, and they were amazing. Hannah and Christopher were very responsive and helpful. Took my one-star experience and turned it completely around.

  If you own a dually this is one of the rare auto washes that does a great job. No brushes which is huge on the bed of the truck!

  I like our monthly subscription. The front spray didn’t appear to be working but my car was still clean. It’s good to see all three bays available!!

  You want to use their vacuum? You need an app for that. Wanna use their wash bays? You need an app for that? Wanna use cash or coins? Nope sorry they're too good for cash or coins. And when you get into their bays, their water pressure is half of what it is at a normal car wash. Asked the attendant for help, and he's not interested in helping you at all. Save your money and stay the hell away from this one. Even if you use your credit card on the app to pay for your manual wash, you have no idea how much money they just charged you for it, bc they don't tell you at all. Wanna know how much you just paid for your car wash on your credit card? Go ask your bank. Seriously, avoid this place so that a more competent operator can take over and actually serve its customers.

  EDIT - Exposed wires in the dog wash!! Not a good location for the dog wash. One door has been missing for close to a year and they won’t fix it. Facilities doesn’t seem to keep the fluids filled for the dog wash either. I’ve talked to customer service about this multiple times. I will change this review if they repair what they claim to/used to have here, but it’s now NOT WORTH the trip and the cost of membership. It’s not full service if you’re out of soap/conditioners. The car wash is fine. Other reviewers point out that Autowash is claiming to have issues with the car wash bags, but that’s not the only thing in disrepair here.
