  SCAM!! Zero Stars! I’m a platinum member and the customer service is horrendous! 3 Associates callers, 6 calls maybe more to get into contact with this company. Poor communication! Felt like they were gossiping about my situation ,then them escalating it or having a direct conversation. Quote “ yeah this is the case that everyone is talking about” minutes, minutes and minutes later!! Place me on hold, Hanging up on me, Having me call back again, again, AGAIN, AGAIN! I have no vehicle on file registered to my account and I get this connections with my company. Junk Platinum Service! SCAM! Save your money! My company should! 🚫 Sadly after 50 minutes of unproductive with these people, I was able to have someone come and assist me with my spare key! Waste of Time! Waste of Space! Most HORRIBLE Experience EVER! I would hope in life I Never Talk To These Assocates that are poor excuses for customer serviceI representative. Your better off talk a walk! AWFUL!! HORRIBLE!!

  without question, the worst scam i've ever experienced. Paid for thier 'elite' program and can't even send someone to tow a car 4 miles. Endless back and forth for over 8 hours and still no service. I thought AAA was bad, this company takes the cake!

  Avoid this. Like the plague. Theyll tell you that you need to pay 250$ for the fee. Then tell you they can only help you for partial resolution while charging you even more money.

  Paid for a 5 year plan and then it was cancelled by GS within the first year for "excessive use". Beware, they can take your money and cancel your membership anytime for simply using the service they are suppose to provide.

  WARNING SENIORS. These clowns will do everything they can to deceive you and scam your money. Beware of them automatically signing you up as a member (complementary they claim) and then getting an ambiguous "Renewal" email to actually pay for it when the complimentary part expires. They make it confusing so you think it is the service you subscribed to but it is their useless membership you never asked for. I've contacted their customer service several times but I just get the normal runaround you would expect from a company preying on senior citizens. Stay away from anything related to this company!
