    I’ve worked with Matt at the 4895 S. Broadway location several times now, and he is consistently outstanding. Every time I visit, Matt goes above and beyond to accommodate and facilitate my specific requests, ensuring I get exactly the vehicles I need. Even during busy times, Matt and the rest of the team work great together to ensure all customers are helped quickly. He is always professional, organized, and a pleasure to deal with.     This is a very delayed review as this was for a car rental back in February - life had been very chaotic for me with a recent move to CO and significant car troubles. Joe Bartlett helped me get a rental and was incredibly kind, resourceful, and funny. I honestly had half a mind to not get the rental (it was to drive a longer distance for a climbing event) and Joe really helped me find something that would work for my budget and for the trip, and encouraged me not to lose hope and to have fun! Thank you SO much Joe, I did go and made some really awesome friends that I would not met if I hadn't gone! Thank you for helping me get a rental that gave me peace of mind in getting there and back!!

    to began, they gave me a vehicle saying it was a all-wheel-drive when it was not they kept saying that the truck was a all wheel drive and it was not, and I got stuck in the snowstorm with my two year-old baby and pregnant at the same time, and they when I called them to ask him for help letting them know that I got stuck once again they said oh we cannot come tonight. We cannot come till Monday. so the next day, the manager was not there Ignacio, but the worker he took it up on his himself to bring me a four-wheel-drive the next day to make it right cause he was feeling so bad when the manager was telling him we cannot go help her at the end of the day. (Ignacio, manager in the store Broadway, Englewood) and when we got to our rental limit, nobody called us and they win and charge it our card for like almost $300 and they’re not told us or called us.

    Disappointed with the billing at this location. Experience started off and finished well but spoke with Matt (the manager) regarding the fuel service option. My understanding is that if I signed up, there was no need to replace the gas myself—they would simply fill the tank upon return and charge me at the rate offered in the office for the amount USED. Instead, I was charged $48.93 for fuel despite only driving 41 miles. It appears I was charged for an entire tank of gas rather than the actual usage. This is completely contrary to what I was told at the counter. I would appreciate a call from Matt to work with me on this overcharge.

    I was wrongly charged $220, and despite Enterprise claiming I would be refunded, no refund has appeared, and they have wasted a lot of my time. I received a rental covered by State Farm Insurance due to my own car being rear ended and totaled in December, 2025. After dropping it off for assessment a couple days later, I was approved for a rental covered by the insurance of the of the truck that hit me. When picking up the car, the Enterprise employee told me that he was going to add some additional insurance coverage that he confidently told me would be covered by State Farm. He didn't ask me if I wanted it, just told me that it was included in the claim. I responded that was fine as long as it was covered by insurance. I did agree to give Enterprise a $50 deposit, paid by debit card, which they assured me was fully refundable on the return of the car. A week later, when I was returning the car on December 18th, 2025. I received a bill by email for an additional $170.01. I brought this to the employee's attention after he had acknowledged the receipt of the car in good condition. He agreed with me that I shouldn't have been liable for the bill and told me not to worry about it. A couple weeks later I called the Enterprise office because my $50 deposit had still not been refunded. They said there were still charges pending with the insurance company and it would be refunded eventually. A little while later I received a call from Enterprise asking me to follow up with the insurance company to help get things settled. He explicitly said I am not going to charge you, but I could use some help with this. I called, and was told by State Farm that they hadn't received the invoice, which I found confusing given the circumstances. I called back to the Enterprise office, and gave the claims agent the Enterprise office number as well as giving the office the State Farm contract. They seemed like they were satisfied and working it out. Then on February 5th, 2026, well over a month since I had returned the rental car, my debit card was unexpectedly charged $170.01. I went to the office and spoke to an employee. I explained the situation, and he told me I would be refunded but it would take 7-10 days. About 10 days later, I called the Enterprise office, and they told me they didn't have a timeline for my refund. At this point, no one at Enterprise has ever claimed that the charges were valid or disagreed with me when I told them that I was incorrectly charged. I followed up with Enterprise again on March 6th, 2026, and was told that the manager had already requested my refund and if it hadn't come through yet, I should dispute the charges with my bank, which I did, the same day. After even more back and forth with the bank, I was told this is a billing issue and not eligible for dispute. I am STILL out $220! Every time I have spoken with anyone at Enterprise they have told me something that turned out to be untrue. I don't know if this is incompetence or dishonesty, but at this point, I don't really care!
