  Jay really cares about his customers and always goes the extra mile. Nikki and Ryan at the front desk are awesome. Really great people to talk too and always make sure your service is top tier. Plus, they don't overcharge you like all the dealerships and actually build a relationship with their customers.

  I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I felt it was important to write one for Toy-Auto Masters. As a small business owner myself, I believe the true mark of a great business is doing the right thing, protecting the relationship with the customer, and treating people the way you’d want to be treated—even when it means sacrificing profit. I drive a ’22 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro that I absolutely love, but the squeaky suspension has been a thorn in my side since I bought it. I brought it to Toy-Auto Masters after two other shops had already taken a swing at diagnosing it and missed. Right away, Ryan, the service manager, went on a drive with me and fully diagnosed the issue—something the other two shops never managed to do. A+. Unfortunately, the Fox suspension system on this vehicle is tricky, and there was no simple fix. Ryan clearly communicated the options and possible solutions, and we went back and forth over the course of the week trying to find the best path forward. Between the complexity of the issue and my own schedule, it turned into a challenging week for both me and Ryan’s team. In the end, because of my timing constraints, I decided not to move forward with any repairs at that moment. Here’s the part that really stood out: Ryan’s team had already put in more than a few hours of work that he refused to charge me for. Instead of insisting on full compensation for their time, Ryan and the owners of Toy-Auto chose to eat the labor cost. They absolutely did not have to do that—but they did. Even though the squeak in my TRD Pro isn’t permanently fixed yet, I left feeling extremely grateful for the communication, thoroughness, and professionalism of Toy-Auto Masters. This is a small, family-owned shop with 30+ years of experience, and it’s obvious why they have such outstanding Google reviews (which is rare for an auto shop) and a strong reputation. They did the right thing, and because of that, they’ve earned a lot of respect and appreciation from me.

  I had a great experience at Toy Auto Masters. They provided accurate diagnosis, completed the repair quickly, and offered fair, transparent pricing with clear communication throughout. Ryan, Jay, and Niki were all friendly, which made the whole process pleasant. The service felt truly trustworthy, and I would highly recommend Toy Auto Masters to anyone looking for a reliable repair shop

  Very nice people but very poor service. Damaged my vehicle and didn’t take responsibility. Will never return and have told others to stay away since that incident.
