    Terrible customer service. This location isn't a traditional Penske Rental truck business. Truck wasn't at location for me to pickup as scheduled. Truck showed up late over 2 hours. I recommend renting from a Penske business location with Trucks at location. No reimbursement or solution for having no truck at site at agreed time. Ryan the manager says we should of picked up truck somewhere else. So it was our fault that we didn't get truck on time.
