- CCCozette ChristianAug 18, 20252.0Have used good Sam’s for years as we rv. Always had good service til this year. Broke down in the mountains near Taos trying to get truck in for service. Had to drive our return car further up to get cell signal. We were on the phone for 20-30 minutes trying to explain our situation. No were are not with the vehicle no cell coverage no we can not go back to the vehicle because there is no cell coverage gave mile marker and hwy info still could find us. After getting location maybe we were to wait for a call from tow truck. Got the call only to find out none were available try tomorrow. Are we supposed to stay over night on the hwy and hope someone is available tomorrow. Not what Im paying for!
