I wanted his supervisor to know what a great job he did on my call to him today. He made sure he had my contact number should the call drop before he got to finish taking care of me. He confirmed who I was and the teason for my call. He felt very genuine to me and not like he was reading from a script. Very personable. It was my fault I didn't get my discount as requested by 12/31/25. He just said things happen. Great rep! I was impressed!

Their websight signed me up. Now they won't refund the charge. This customer care woman. Rambled on about policy. Wow what do they do when you call for a tow or something else there charging you for. Are they gonna hide behind policy??? And us there a real Marcus or is he just a fictional marketing ploy.?? Only 362 more days untill i cancel elite membership. Beware. Update: as of 12-22-2025 Good Sam rufunded all my money. Thanks for your action....
