- MMM MorrisOct 6, 20251.0A disaster of a company. I will never do business with anything 'Good Sam' again. The insurance pricing was ridiculously high and they charged a $30 cancellation fee for an insurance policy.

I left it out. * You submitted a quote online. * Yeah, but I omitted the phone number. Tldr; they're paying data brokers for your info. I'm no longer interested. Tired of the aggressive privacy violations by sales-focused companies.

I have emailed the CEO and what do I get a AI generated response, when I respond to the email with a question, I get the same identical response. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY. They cancel your insurance and do not inform you they have canceled it. Then they try and sell you a much more expensive policy because they say you haven't had continuous coverage for X number of day. It is such a scam. Companies like these are what makes people not want to do business with places like this.
