- DADave AJan 29, 20261.0I called today to cancel my good sam esp. I spoke to Barbara. She said I needed a reason to cancel. I said I decided I don’t want it anymore. She said that’s not a good enough reason to cancel. Automatic credit card payments will continue. So then I said I sold the rv. She said she needed to know when I sold it and to who. She wanted me to transfer the plan to that person. I told her I don’t have that information. I wouldn’t give it out even if I did. I never asked for a refund of any kind. I just wanted to stop the charges on my card. It was a very stressful, frustrating process. After she finally agreed to cancel she tried to sell me auto insurance and extended warranty’s for our cars. Ridiculous.

I did some research on the Good Sam website and then called with additional questions. As I stated earlier, Cory was extremely helpful and patient -- answering my questions in an easy to understand manner, and as a first time RV owner I had a lot! I really appreciate all his help!
