  This was my first rental experience and this location made it so easy. The staff was attentive and efficient in getting me checked in and out. Communication with my insurance company went seamlessly. They even picked me up from the body shop when I dropped my car off and took me back when my car was ready. Thank you so much!!! Would definitely rent from here again.

  I am writing to formally follow up on a reimbursement for an oil change that has been pending since December for my Enterprise rental. In December, the oil light on my rental vehicle came on. After contacting Enterprise, I was advised that I could either exchange the car or take it to Grease Monkey for an oil change using Enterprise's account. When Grease Monkey could not locate the account, I called Enterprise again and was instructed to pay for the service myself and seek reimbursement. I followed these instructions, kept the receipt, and submitted it to the branch upon returning the vehicle. At that time, I was informed that a check would be mailed to me. Despite being told by Matthew Lyday, Branch Manager, over the last few months that I would receive the check "within two days," and following up in person twice, I have yet to receive payment. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this matter. I am requesting a clear update on the status of my reimbursement and a confirmed timeline for when I will receive the payment. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue further legal action.

  Rental was because of an auto accident. Excellent customer service getting my rental setup. When it was time to drop my car at the shop, I didn't wait more than 10 mins for the rental car to show up. When I returned to pick up my car, I just left it in the care of the shop. It made the rental car portion of the accident so easy - one less thing to stress about.
