I came in to get new brakes and I was very pleased as well. While I sat in the waiting room, I overheard the manager explaining to a lady that her brakes did not need to be replaced, it was not a safety issue and they would remeasure and give her an update the next time she came in. Austin and Daniel were friendly and easy to work with. They replaced pads, machined the rotors, cleaned calipers, and flushed brake fluid. Very reasonable prices, compared to dealerships and other repair shops. These people have integrity and I will be back for my next Oil change!

- JAJustin ADec 23, 20255.0DANIEL! I Had to put the guys name who helped me as the first thing you see on this review because Daniel was that great. Very friendly and upfront with the pricing. Two days before Christmas and I’m trying to get home to see family and all hell broke loose with my vehicle. Daniel not only got my Subaru repaired and back on the road 4 hrs ahead of schedule but he also worked with me a little on pricing considering all that had happened. Best mechanic shop I’ve ever stopped at and I highly recommended going here if you need your vehicle serviced. Even if it’s a bit out of your way it’s well worth the extra miles and time for the awesome service you’ll receive. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. And thanks again Brakes Plus and thanks again Daniel!
