- SMShawn Michael3 days ago5.0One of the best auto car washes in the area. Can get crowded sometimes. Each car takes 10 min so it is thorough. The hand car wash is also nice with many features. Vacuums also have tire shine, air freshener and air for tires.

The brushes are utterly useless and does not scrub. You have to push down on the head with your hand to scrub. Was forced to go to another place to rewash. Been coming here for forever but will never return.

- MPMason PerusseNov 2, 20251.0I have been an autowash member since 2021 and I believe that autowash has become probably one of the worst ran businesses. If you come to autowash you can GUARANTEE that you will wait 30 minutes on average because there is typically only one of the three automatic bays operating as the others are broken. I’ve been stuck in one of the washes, i’ve had the dryer break, the water not have pressure, you name it. In addition to this, there will be other issues with the vacuums and their attachments as well. The membership has turned into a waste of money and their customer service is AWFUL. I have tried to give autowash numerous chances, but I give up. I tried to even sign up for a commercial account for my companies fleet of vehicles and never got the phone call that I was promised (that was 3 weeks ago), I guess they just don’t want and/or value my business. If you’re looking to waste half of your day for a subpar carwash, waste $50-$60 each month and enjoy poor customer service, this is the place for you! I cannot wait to cancel my membership. Oh and also, they used to have awesome benefits for members such as a free detail at their showroom back in the day, they never honored that detail to this day, such a bummer what they have come to.
