I have called 3 times to request information about bringing my airplane for Maintenance, Every single time they take my number and say they will contact their mechanic who will get back with me. Never hear from them again. Just like others reviews here, I keep calling because their not to many options in the area.

I have used Arapahoe Aero as they are the only Mooney Service Center in Colorado - my experience has been less than stellar. Scheduling a service is very difficult - they do not have an automated system or scheduler. In order to get on the schedule, you have to speak with the mechanic in charge of your type of aircraft (in my case, Mooney). The mechanic in charge of Mooneys is not great a returning emails or phone calls, even after multiple attempts you will most likely not hear from him. If you are able to schedule with them, it is merely written down on a desk blotter calendar - there is no confirmation receipt, email, phone call, text, etc. (Make sure you confirm your appointment with them a few days out, I have brought my aircraft down there after making an appointment and have been told they can't take it that day). If you're scheduling an Annual inspection, make sure to call them at least 12 months before you need it. Once your service is complete, make sure to check the logbook and discuss what was done - they tried to return my aircraft to me post annual (after having it for 3 months) with an AD not compliant. There's more (unfortunately) - a lot of the work I've had done there tends to fail or needs to be repaired again only months later (ie. cowl flap indicators, radio issues, etc). I've seen a similar review to mine on Yelp, but there are plenty of good reviews as well. My guess is the good reviews come from owners of larger aircraft - their hangar is usually packed to the brim with PC12's, Vision Jets, King Airs, and other high end Cirrus aircraft. This place seems to be more concerned for customers with deeper pockets. I wish I could recommend another mechanic in the Denver area, but I'm still looking for one myself. I took my aircraft to TX for the last annual (which saved me at least $5,000).

Great staff Came in here to get a headset checked that I had found in a box among my recently deceased grandfather’s stuff that was heading to the dumpster or storage. The headset worked and Bradley and the front desk lady was very friendly.
