  Austin is the man. Him and his staff always provide full transparency and honesty when I bring my vehicle in for service. I have been working with Austin for over a year now and will only bring my vehicles to him for a genuine opinion. I am very grateful to have a trusted mechanic and someone who I know will always do right by me and my family.

  Received a quote for brakes from another company. I wanted to see if i could find a more reasonable cost. Called to get a rough estimate for new brakes etc. Spoke with Keith who was extremely helpful, took his time in providing me with necessary information and answered all my questions. I will be making an appointment for my brakes at this location. Thank you Keith for your help!

  Dear Corporate, my name is Scott Foster and I'm writing to you to tell you a success story that I have experienced from your Company. The story goes as follows: Myself and my wife's family have always taken our vehicles to Brakes plus to the Dayton and Arapahoe store. This was when Lowell was working there as an Assistant Manager. That's how far we go back.Then Lowell received a promotion as manager hiring Big John. I love Big John. Then Big John took over as Manager, and we trusted him for our vehicle's needs. I have a 2005 Ford Ranger which, I know it's older model but only had 78,000 miles on it. Well, this past year at the latter part of 2025, John and crew replaced all my cooling system components. Radiator, Hoses, new belt and Water pump.  I had to take it back several times due to leaks, but they kept with it. My God son was up Snowboarding with his kids in Vail and suffered a Heart attack. He flatlined and was dead for 3 minutes. Luckily, there were some retired Fire fighters there and paddled him. He was flight for lifed to ST. Anthony's Hospital and had Emergency surgery and, to this day is OK. Well, he had to leave his truck there. I picked his dad up the next day from the airport and we both went straight to his side. You're probably wondering why I'm telling you about this. I'm getting to that. So, His Father and I left the next day to retrieve his truck up in Vail, taking my Ford pickup that I thought I could count on. Got his truck and was coming down the hill into Idaho Springs with his Father following me and my truck exploded. Losing all power to the brakes and steering and no acceleration. I kept my head, as I was doing 68 mph, tried to get over to the right,  almost having a  semi truck ending my life. I fought the steering wheel getting over to the off ramp, applying the emergency brake, and sliding off on some dirt, finally stopping eight feet from a 200 foot drop off. OK. Just a little rattled. Called tow truck and told them to take it to the Brakes Plus on Dayton shop. Come to find out, it was a faulty water pump and it fried my engine. The weird thing is the gauge never gave me any indication of getting hot, and no indication of steam or smoke.At this point, John had transferred to the Elizabeth store and Austin transferred to the Dayton store. After talking to both of them and getting a hold of Jeremy, the Regional Manager, everyone jumped into action making this a team effort to resolve the problem. I don't blame Brakes Plus for a faulty water pump, It's the Company who is at fault. Jeremy, Austin and John, with their crew members, took the time and effort to make things right. I ended up with an engine that was comparable to my last and received, between all of them, my truck back running great. I'm very happy and wanted to give everyone involved kudos to get me back on the road and make me happy. My love and respect to everyone.
