  This place sucks , use a different company in general. Autowash capitalized on car enthusiasts and then dropped the service when they sold. Fix your shitty bays and machines , people are sick and tired of waiting all the time bc 2 of your 3 machines are always down. And don’t get be started on the customer service now , what a shame this company used to be something , made their quick buck now don’t care about the equipment and property

  3 stars is being polite. A year and a half ago this place was 5 stars without any doubt. However, prices have gone up yet the quality has gone down. There seems to always be 1 bay out of service. As a result, wait times are a lot longer. Then we it's finally your turn, there's a 50/50 chance you're leaving with a car that still has a lot of soap on it. Hope they get this place back to the standard it once was.

  The automatic bays are hit or miss if they are up and running properly. Last three times I visited atleast one bay was down (today 2) and typically something isn't working properly. Today the power wash didn't follow the contour of the vehicle and the dryer didn't work at all. The trip before the sprayer was faced backwards. I keep hoping it will improve especially since I'm paying for the premium membership but after 20 trips I've only been impressed a handful of times.

  Best car wash in Denver. Every option is available all majority of the time. The driver thru auto wash has many options and they do not touch the car with brushes to scratch your vehicle. They use very high pressure water and soap and to dry there is a mass amount of wind from the blowers. Been going here for some years now and will definitely continue.

  Left without using the service. Waited behind a car for 5-10 minutes, only to pull in and realize it is credit card only! Maybe put up a sign for people pulling in. I mean, c'mon don't you think there are people that use cash for a self car wash?? You, know, like almost everyone? Went elsewhere to use my gold dollars. How many other customers are you losing? And what's the overhead like choosing to pay SO MANY credit card fees?
