  Super expensive oil changes and they try to up charge. They didn't rotate my tires properly. Will stick with Brakes Plus.

  Kyle I think his name, did very at addressing any issues I had or bringing things to my attention such as services needed! Did the oil change in proper time and showed and told me what he did! Thanks brother!

  I sent my sixteen-year-old daughter to your shop for her first oil change. I told her to get a basic oil change, tire rotation, and filter changes (if necessary). She communicated this when she first arrived at your store. I received a call from her asking if we should pay for $170+ automatic fluid flush. I declined and reiterated to her and the service agent that we wanted a basic oil change, tire rotation, and fliter changes. I was surprised to see on her receipt an "oil system cleaner" and "air filter ordered". I called and spoke to Eric, the assistant manager. He informed me that the service agent told my daughter about the "oil system cleaner" and that she agreed to the service. To a 16-year-old girl, an "oil system cleaner" sounds a lot like an oil change. I'm not surprised she agreed to it, but it's clearly an upsell to the basic oil change. I'm very disappointed in your customer service. Eric was defensive during the call, reiterating his high customer reviews. I believe your company took advantage of a new driver and upsold services that were unnecessary for her car. I expect better from a small-town service. I will not be sending our family to your company in the future because I cannot trust you won't upsell them. New drivers are just learning the basics of driving and maintaining a car. They should be able to trust professionals to provide quality services at an affordable price. Please train your employees to treat young customers like family.
