  The manager and technician were very professional and engaging. Answered all my questions, and made sure everything was satisfactory. The technician handled any hiccups, swiftly and professionally.

  Very disappointing experience with this location. Had my oil changed on Dec 6th. During the service, I was informed that my oil filter cover on my skid plate was missing. Since this location replaced my oil the last time, the tech said they would order a replacement (for free) and call me when it came in. After not hearing from them I called the shop back on Jan 13th to get an update. The tech on the phone remembered me, but stated that his manager said they would not fix this because it was out of their warrantee. I asked him how I could have seen that it was either not replaced or installed improperly since my last oil change. I also asked him about their previous commitment to replace it. Their were no answers. One star. Not reliable and this shop does not stand by it's work or word. I would not recommend.

  This location is awesome! They are so friendly and HONEST. Plus, they do excellent work. They do so much more than just oil changes, too! We plan on taking all our vehicles here from now on for any service they can do. All of the guys there are super respectful and personable.
