  Travis and the entire team at Brakes Plus were incredibly friendly and helpful. They communicated everything that needed to be done very well and were honest and up front. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Wonderful experience, they were helpful from start to finish. Travis Reese took the time to explain what needed to be done, offered honest advice and gave us a great deal without any pressure. The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. We will definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

  I had an awesome experience at brakes plus. The store manager Travis Reese took excellent care of me with a fair price and Top Notch service. He even drove me back to my place so I can wait for them comfortably in my own home while they did my brakes. Brakes Plus is a awesome place to go in Elizabeth Colorado. I'll be bringing my vehicle back to them and recommending them to my friends and family.

  I just recently went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation that ended up taking almost 3 hours with no other people waiting for their vehicles. In that window, there were no updates on my car or any communication about expected time it would take, even though I called yesterday stating I needed to be in and out of there. In addition to this, they quoted me $250 for lug nuts, when you could easily get them overnight on amazon for $20. Obviously, there was no way I could move forward with that. They paid no attention to my cars previous service history and were making recommendations on work that had already been done on the vehicle recently. Overall, very disappointed with my experience. Nothing like wasting time on a work day to get a service done that should take no more than an hour with no one there.

  I cannot say enough good things about the team at Brakes Plus in Elizabeth, Colorado. My husband and I recently brought in one of our older commuter cars, hoping to get it into safe and reliable shape for the coming winter. What we received went far beyond just great service — it was genuine care, integrity, and professionalism at its finest. Travis and his team went above and beyond in every possible way. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, explain everything clearly, and, most impressively, they made ethical and thoughtful recommendations rather than simply charging for unnecessary work. In a world where it’s easy to feel taken advantage of when dealing with car repairs, this experience was the complete opposite — refreshing, honest, and full of integrity. Where they could have easily added costs, they instead found appropriate and creative solutions that truly made a difference. It’s rare to find a shop that demonstrates such ethical and righteous values, and I’m deeply grateful for their compassion and expertise.
