- WHWilliam Hiramoto1 day ago5.0Came in because my brake pads were getting low. They did the free inspection, confirmed that they were low. They replaced them in a timely manner. I called for a quote at 1 PM, brake pads and an oil change were done and I was out the door by 4:30. They also didn’t try to upsell things that I didn’t need, or pressure me to do more work than I wanted done. Highly recommend, and will be bringing all of my vehicles here.

She also told me that one of my tires had two bubbles in it which I had not noticed. There are too many potholes on our roads and she saved me from a disaster. I appreciate her honesty and thoroughness.

After inspection, store manager John talked with me about replacing front brakes but rear brakes were fine for now. Good honest group to work with. This is my go-to place for auto maintenance now.

They had extremely good customer service! Another thing we noticed was it was clean and very well kept up! We will for sure be coming back to the Elizabeth location!!

They were very upfront about the concerns I had about my car from another shop, most of which I didn’t actually need upon further inspection by the mechanics here. The honesty means a lot and is appreciated. The new manager is great to work with and got me taken care of very quickly. Something changed and it’s for the better. Highly recommend coming here.
