  Tried to rent a car for a couple of days as we were stuck in Durango while our van was getting fixed. I called what I thought was the local Durango number to inquire and that number routed me to a call center located elsewhere. Very nice person said there were cars to rent and I had my choice between several options. I made the reservation and received the email confirming and was told I could pick up anytime between 10:30-11:30AM. Paid Uber $15 to get there whereupon I was told by the young female at the counter that they had no cars to rent and that they had called and left me a VM saying as such. This was a lie as the last call in my phone log was my previous outgoing call to the call center. When I showed her my phone log she insisted again that they called me. Right. When I showed her my email confirmation she just dismissed it. When I asked why I was told a car was available, she said something to the effect of “the call center people are told to always say that” Huh?? I then had to pay Uber another $15 for another ride back into town. My take away: they don’t know how to share real time data with their call center and they don’t really appear to give care about how they treat customers. Will never rent from Enterprise again, regardless of location.

  Aileen at the Hwy 160 office was terrific in processing our vehicle pick up April 8th. The vehicle was clean and ready. No problems dropping it off later.

  My experience with this Enterprise location started with a personal logistics error, but thanks to the manager, Kader Fahas, it ended on a high note. I had mistakenly booked my reservation at this local office instead of the airport. Upon arriving, I was frustrated to find there were no cars immediately available and that I couldn't return the vehicle to the airport as I had hoped. However, the way Kadir handled the situation during the return process is what truly saved my trip and Enterprise's reputation in my eyes. Even though he couldn't change the return location due to policy, Kader showed incredible empathy and problem-solving skills. He allowed me to extend my rental for a couple of hours at a very fair rate and, in an exceptional gesture of service, he personally arranged a ride for me to the airport so I wouldn't incur further costs or delays. His constant smile, people skills, and genuine desire to help the customer are rare to find. The car performed perfectly and the pricing was just, but it was Kader’s professionalism that made the difference. Highly recommended location if you value top-tier customer service!

  I felt bad for the staff at the Durango location. They were understaffed and didn’t have enough cars for the demand. I made my reservation months prior because if the car I needed but the day before I get an email stating I was going to get a smaller car. After sitting on hold for an hour, I drove to the location. The staff was kind but extremely stressed and after steering to them they delivered a larger car to my home.
