  I'm reaching out to say we were very pleased with the AWD Ford Explorer rental for our Durango trip. The service provided by your staff was prompt and welcoming. In over a decade of traveling here, this is easily the best car we have ever rented. We truly appreciated having such a comfortable ride that navigated the mountain passes without any issues.

  I reserved a premium SUV, and the location unfortunately did not have this vehicle type available. This bothered me initially, because I had a group of 5 people and this was the vehicle type we wanted. The agent put us in a minivan, but agreed to comp me a day and offered an additional credit due to the inconvenience. I thought this was very fair, and the minivan ended up working out ok for our trip.

  I fly to Durango on occasion for family. I can always count on friendly, speedy attention with National/Enterprise staff. Frankly, they are terrific! The cars are in great shape and pickup/return is so easy. I rent cars often and I never worry about a car being available, lines, etc. Thank you Durango site!

  Had me wait in a very long line to tell me they rented my car I had reserved for over a week. Then sent me to another long line to wait with another agency. Refused good customer service to confirm that the other agency had a car available when I asked them to check so I could make alternate plans quickly if needed.
