  Great rental experience! Aaron B was super fast, professional, and informative. A+, rented a 4x4 F-150 for our annual men’s ski trip staying in Durango downtown and drive up to purgatory everyday. Was perfect. 👌 great gas mileage, bed was great for gear, and the 4wd was crucial with the 15” of snow every night. Will rent again next year. Thanks! 🙏

  We made a confirmed reservation and showed up as scheduled — only to be told there was no vehicle available. Not delayed. Not being cleaned. Just not there. We were told a regional manager would call us to resolve the issue. We are still waiting. No car. No follow-up. No accountability. A reservation should actually mean something. Instead, we’ve been left stranded while the company fails to provide even the courtesy of a return call. The lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable. If you are relying on a rental car for important travel plans, I would strongly reconsider booking here.

  Do Not rent from them they will charge you an extra day even if you return the car before the time allotted

  The entire experience went smoothly. I had to take an earlier flight due to East Coast weather and arrived about 8 hours earlier than expected. No problem, the car was ready to go. The agent was extremely helpful and great to work with. We had no problems whatsoever with the vehicle. Finally, the drop-off at 5AM was a piece of cake. A fantastic experience.

  Enterprise continues to impress me. I picked up two vehicles in Durango, CO for a snowboarding trip. Aaron checked me in and was friendly and very helpful. When I extended my rental, Savanah made it fast and easy and gave an amazing restaurant recommendation. All three of my interactions were focused on my needs and interested in helping me have a great trip with my family. I certainly continue to trust in Enterprise and will use them again!
