Somehow, they allowed a reservation at the exact time they shut their doors. There was no car available, no one to assist us, and no manager on site. We were told someone would call us to resolve the situation — we are still waiting. No vehicle. No follow-up. No urgency. Allowing customers to book a reservation at closing time, without any intention or ability to fulfill it, is unacceptable. A reservation should actually mean something. Instead, we’ve been left stranded due to what appears to be either negligence or a complete lack of coordination. If your travel plans matter, I would strongly reconsider booking here.
