Someone at DRO location then placed the charge back on my account which is now a fraudulent charge because I have the proof showing time and date I dropped the keys in the drop box. There is no direct contact for DRO location. Who at your location decides to place a charge on an account after a refund has been issued? Car was returned by 8:13 PM which is the time it was supposed to be returned. Where was your staff? Photos attached are screenshots of video showing keys were placed in the box. Does anyone at your location check for proof that car wasn’t returned on time before charging customers?

- DPDave PersingSep 20, 20251.0I had to exchange a rental due to the luxury car we picked up in Denver having a coolant issue. I called into the roadside assistance line and explained the situation. We discussed with the phone support our needs and they said they would make note for Durango to be prepared to make the exchange. We show up at Durango and the individual working the counter couldn’t have been less interested in the exchange. I believe he was disappointed I interrupted his reading in his book. We were downgraded in vehicle and no credit for the downgrade. When we walked out to the stall to pickup the downgraded exchange we discover this one has a significant rock chip on the passenger side in the line of vision. We took a photo of it but decided to move on vs dealing with the disinterested associate for Alamo
