- DODavid OsborneApr 17, 20261.0Unless you want to relive the Seinfeld skit, go somewhere else. I was told they were out of vehicles when I went to pick up my reservation. Interestingly, a customer at the counter next to me was offered a choice between two vehicles. When I inquired about that vehicle, he said it was for a different customer with a different reservation. Somehow somebody else’s reservation must’ve been more important than mine and they were not allowed to let me have that vehicle. I don’t really understand what the point of making a reservation is if they don’t honor it.

Been renting cars around the world for 30 yrs and the durango Alamo rental was by far the worst ever experience. BEWARE!!!!
