  Unfortunately, twice now I have received a terrible wash. I purchased an upgraded wash not the basic. There were still bugs left on the windshield and grille of vehicle. The inside was not wiped down well at all. I will not return, it’s too expensive for a job carelessly done.

  Went to waterworks for the first time today, had some hesitation because of the reviews. I probably should have listened to them. I got “the works” done. They did a pretty good job cleaning the interior for $99. But the main issue is the exterior clean. I know in responses to bad reviews they say they use non scratching brushes, but that’s 100% false my car has a bunch of small scratches on it that 100% were not there before. My car isn’t the nicest so I care a little less that’s why I’m still giving it 2 stars but if you care about your cars paint job I’d go else where.

  Took my car for a car wash. Paid $150 for service. Both headlights were perfectly transparent before it was washed. After I got home, noticed the front, left side headlight was hazzy/foggy. Someone must've used wax or some type of oil on it. These guys ruined my headlight. Vacuuming was poor and still other smaller details that were included in the service weren't addressed properly. My trunk wasn't probably even vacuumed even though I was told that it was gonna get vacuumed. Also hub caps were still cover with dust and slimy. Bad job. Never going there again.

  I enrolled in the monthly wash program for $57, unaware that this price does not include wheel cleaning. During my first visit, the tire shine was applied, but the wheels were heavily coated with brake dust. The service was subpar, and car looked terrible with shine on the tires and wheels dirty. I don’t see the point! The door jams were not well-done, but the license plate area was left dirty, indicating that they didn’t even bother to wipe it down. On my second visit, I upgraded to the wheel package, as I desired a thorough cleaning of my wheels. The price increased to $80. Upon returning, I informed the attendant that this was my second visit, and the previous service had not met my expectations. The attendant promised to inform the staff to improve their performance. However, upon returning, I found the same unsatisfactory service, and the wheels were not cleaned. A significant grease spot was left on the rear side, likely caused by the rag used to apply the tire shine. As a “car wash,” I expect my vehicle to be immaculate, resembling a showroom display. I will be exploring alternative options or opting to wash my car myself to save $80 per month!
