  Thought I was gonna be hunting for parts all day, boy was I wrong! Found my truck parts -F150 side mirrors and front driver window glass, in about 15 minutes. Super well organized inventory and vehicles are spaced and lifted so they are easy to get a wrench on. Definitely will be coming back as my ol’ work truck falls apart

  Website is inaccurate. Need better updates on website to avoid confusion with 2.5 to 3 hr ride to said yard for parts that the website says is there

  Wow. I feel like a criminal idiot. I spent an hour taking off some plastic tail lights only to be told $32 each. Then they went through my bag and were gonna keep my lights that I had brought with me in so I knew what to get. And I was given the opportunity to go place the tail lights in a trash bin. I had to go put them in the trash. So yes, you all made my already miserable day even worse. And the entire time I am watching every single other person just walk out with so much crap obviously stolen and they are beelining it out the door while they use me to act like everyone that's actually stealing isn't. You are a joke. I hope every person who walked through your doors today made off with something they didn't pay for because you literally got the one person who didn't. Oh and thanks for taking my stereo. Yeah that was mine. Jerks. Just to be clear you had me walk the tail lights to the trash bin and place them in the trash. You know that's disgusting right? And I'm confident as soon as you guys could someone on staff walked straight to the trash where I placed them and said thanks sucker. Everyone else who wasn't paying for anything had wheelbarrows just full of random crap. I unfortunately being green and honest just served those taillights up on a platter. Thanks again. I live in my car but will probably get another ticket because humanity is disgusting.

  They had the parts I needed and they didn't overcharge. It can be a gamble as people have a tendency to mangle other parts trying to get to what they are looking for but they have enough inventory and they give you a list of locations as to where to find the models you are likely to find what you came for. The facility was streamlined and quick for what you dealing with. Wear good shoes, bring a friend and your own tools. They have carts and wheelbarrows to transport parts.
