I was hesitant renting from Sixt for the first time, but I'm happy to report that the experience exceeded my expectations. Was drawn to the convenience of being able to pick up a rental from downtown Denver/Union Station area vs. the airport. Ray was welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient—I was in and out in minutes and quickly on my way to get the rental. The garage is about a block from the office, which is to be expected in downtown Denver. Impressive experience, and a great rental to boot. I'll be back!

Very disappointing experience with this location.
The vehicle I received already had a low tire pressure warning at the time of pickup, which clearly indicates the issue existed before the car was given to me. I inflated the tire, but the warning came back the next day, suggesting there was a leak. In addition, the center storage compartment between the driver and passenger seats were also broken.
When I contacted the location, I was told there were no replacement vehicles available and that I had to drive to the airport to exchange the car. Their customer service claimed that it’s safe to drive even if there’s a low tire pressure issue. This forced me to spend about extra 4 hours and drive 100+ miles in a vehicle that was not in a safe condition.
What was even more frustrating is that instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to shift the blame onto me by referencing their protection policy, even though the issue was clearly a pre-existing defect at pickup.
To make things worse, the compensation offered was only $10, which does not reflect the time, inconvenience, and safety concern involved. That could only cover the cost I spent on inflating the tire.
Go somewhere else and get a reliable car, don’t rent with Sixt!
