  I rented a BMW SUV last Tuesday, and I just wanted to highlight the great experience I had. The person who assisted us—if I remember correctly, his middle name was Omar—was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. He explained everything very clearly, especially all the additional fees related to age and adding an extra driver, which I really appreciated. There were no surprises, and everything felt very transparent. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. His attitude was warm, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Because of this experience, I will definitely return to this location the next time I need to rent a car. The service was excellent—honestly a 10/10. Thank you for such a great experience!

  Easy to find, just go through the double doors by the valet area. Ammar is especially helpful and very kind. He’ll take care of you. Thanks SIXT! Yall always help me out when I need a car to get around.

  I’ve rented from them multiple times and every experience has been exceptional. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes the process quick and easy. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely continue renting from them!

  No question. The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Pro: I got a car. It worked. Con: the return. First of all Sixt let me rent through 6pm on a holiday. The return office was closed at that time; this shouldn’t have been possible. But it was. So I go to return the car. The directions in the app to west cherry creek parking were wrong. I call help; they keep reading me back the same directions. I tell them stop. They don’t. They keep reading it back to me insultingly. I ask repeatedly to talk to the branch. They can’t or won’t. Then I ask to give feedback. They can’t or won’t do that. Fine. I give up and hang up. Then I find my way there and all the spots are full. I can’t park. I call again. After 30 minutes on the phone of explaining to them like a child that yes im in the garage. No I can’t enter the building. There are no parking spots. He doesn’t understand these concepts after 30 minutes on the phone and when he does his solution is to charge me more and relocate me to DIA. No way. I fight this off and after some time on hold he tells me I can use another spot. I send them details and they dont get them. I go to drop my key off and there’s no envelope. It takes 39 minutes on the phone again to confirm I can drop it. I’ve never run into such pathetic customer support esp from what should be a high end company.

  I've rented from this Sixt location multiple times and always walked away satisfied. Something has clearly changed. A few weeks ago I made a reservation well in advance, planning ahead exactly as you're supposed to. Days before my rental date, Sixt simply cancelled it. No alternative offered, no attempt to make it right. Just a notification that they didn't have the vehicle. That's it. The least they could have done was reach out proactively and offer a comparable vehicle. Instead, I was left scrambling to make a new reservation on short notice, which of course came with significantly higher rates. I ended up paying well above what I had planned because of a problem entirely of their making. I understand that inventory issues happen in the rental car industry. What's unacceptable is the complete lack of effort to find a solution for a loyal customer. A simple phone call and a reasonable substitute vehicle would have gone a long way. Instead I got a cancellation and radio silence. Judging by the other recent reviews, Sixt needs to take some action at this location.
