    Sixt has been one of the best rental car options that I've used during all of my travel experiences. The vehicle options were great, luxury to high end non-luxury with variance between was helpful. Rented a Chevy Terrain, was unexpectedly eye candy to the locals but as offered a BMW equivalent series and because of seating availability, confidently declined based on the discussion with the reservation agent who asked me about the number of people that would be with me, convinced me to pick the right vehicle option for my needs. Sixt has found the sweet spot in customer service and quality that is fleeting. Well done and this is from someone who globetrots regularly and has been traveling for years.

    Original: I would advise to go with another company. I definitely will in the future. I just got an email saying that they are reporting new damages that did not happen. The pictures show the tiniest scratch marks that likely were there before our rental and would have been undetectable by pictures taken before we took the car. I rent cars all the time and take very good care of them. This is a first for me and it seems like they are trying to scam us into paying more. Edit: I have read other reviews on Yelp that are saying the same thing. Apparently this is a thing this company does. The car we rented was taken care of and parked in safe places, no inclement weather, etc. This Sixt location is either scamming it's customers or they are just terrible at noting scratches and dings in their cars when they happen. I will be reporting fraud if they move forward with the charges.

    Jonathan at the desk is great! Totally helpful and friendly, and he made sure he got us into an AWD we booked. Then, on our ride back to DEN, our shuttle driver, Emily, was so sweet. My friend left her water bottle back at Sixt, and Emily seemed so concerned, she immediately drove my friend back to retrieve it. She was the cherry on top of all the friendly people we met in Colorado. Also, our car was niiiice. I kinda hate how high tech new cars are, but it was still a beautiful and smooth car.

    RENTER BEWARE!! Rented a 2025 GMC Denali with only 35k miles on it. I paid premium price to upgrade to this vehicle. I picked it up late evening so I did not take note of tire wear. A family member pointed out the following day that the front tires were totally worn and bald. Also, while driving the vehicle the “change oil” light came on I notified SIXT of bald tires and oil issues and was first advised to go get oil changed at “nearest Pepboys” and they would “reimburse” me. I told them that that we were on vacation and that was unacceptable to me. They then advised me to “not worry about it”. Upon returning vehicle, I advised them of safety issues with bald tires and they took pictures of tires. Played phone tag with general manager, who I never did get to speak with, and was offered a $100 then a $200 voucher to use on my next rental. I told them to keep it as I never would utilize SixT again. I can only hope they replaced tires and change oil before another unsuspecting customer rents that vehicle. I DO NOT recommend this rental agency! Use with CAUTION!!

    I recently rented from Sixt Denver for a ski trip with four travelers, each with their own set of skis. Based on a positive experience with a competitor the previous year, I assumed ski rack availability would be comparable. Unfortunately that was not the case. This location only has ski racks accommodating two sets of skis, which was not clear at the time of booking. As a result, the reserved Ford Escape was no longer a viable option for our group, as we would need to transport two sets of skis internally alongside all of our luggage. We were informed an upgrade would be required with no flexibility offered on the additional costs. What left me disappointed was less the logistical issue itself and more the lack of empathy at the counter. A small gesture, such as waiving the additional driver fee or a modest discount on the upgrade, would have gone a long way. Instead the interaction felt rigid and transactional, which is a shame because the rest of the experience was genuinely excellent. The shuttle service deserves special recognition; the drivers were outstanding, helpful, and communicative throughout. And having previously rented from the Sixt location in Munich, which was exceptional, I know they capable of delivering a great experience. For anyone planning a ski trip with more than two people, I would strongly recommend booking a vehicle large enough to accommodate your equipment internally, regardless of advertised ski rack availability. With a bit more flexibility and customer focus at the counter, this would easily be a five star experience.
